Moulding comes in 8 foot to 16 foot lengths. We also carry pre cut project panels that are available in different sizes that may vary by store. Typical finishes include laminate veneer and paint. The product comes in 3 plies 4 plies or 5 plies the more plies in a sheet the stronger the plywood it is available in special order widths and lengths as well as standard 4 x 8 1 2m x 2 4m sheets with nominal thicknesses from 1 8 3mm to 1 1 8 28mm.

The resulting fibers which are much smaller than the pieces used in particleboard are pressed into a sheet with wax and bonding resin. The most common size for plywood sheets is 4 x 8 feet followed by 5 x 5 feet. Plywood is made by gluing plies of veneer together at right angles. The sheet is heated briefly to activate the resin resulting in a solid sheet of manufactured wood.

Mdf is available in 49 inch by 97 inch panels between 1 2 and 3 4 inch thick precut shelving in 4 foot to 8 foot lengths various depths 3 4 inch thick finished and unfinished. Particleboard is engineered lumber that is composed of wood chips and particles pressed and bound with urea formaldehyde. No standardized grades but manufactured with void free plies and face veneers carrying a grade of b or better.
